To whom it may concern,

I have a complaint regarding the fan clubs of P.J. Sparxx and Tiffany Mynx. I hope you decide to post it on your web site, people should know how each club is run before they decide to even write or join. I've sent a complaint, about these individuals, to several agencies including the better business bureau, consumer affairs, the postal inspectors, the federal trade commission, and the district attorney's office. So far, each club has only responded to the better business bureau. They have not responded to any of the other agencies. They both lied to the better business bureau. In June of 1995, I sent a money order in the amount of 20 dollars to the fan club of p.j. sparxx for a membership. I had to send several letters asking where my membership was and then a final letter demanding my money back before I got an envelope from her in October. By that time, I had already sent a complaint to consumer affairs about the matter and I was no longer interested in being a member of her club. I made it clear in my last letter to her that I wanted my money back and that I wanted NOTHING further to do with her or her fan club. She ignored that last letter as she did with all my previous ones sent. I promptly sent the envelope back along with another letter demanding my money back. As I expected, I never got any response.

The funny thing about her club is, she claimed that each member would be treated with respect and honesty. (what a joke) She also said that she considered herself to be a perfectionist and that she runs her club in the best possible way. (another joke) I can tell you from my experience with her that she doesn't treat anyone with respect or honesty. She only said that to get people to join her club. As for her philosophy, that's another ploy as well. I should let you know that I'm not an actual fan of p.j. and I never was. I only decided to join her club to see what it would be like and it was a HUGE mistake.

As for Tiffany, she's even worse. I sent her a 25 dollar money order in January of 1993 for a membership. I had to send eight letters asking where my membership was and then a final letter demanding my money back before I got an envelope in July of 1995. By that time, I'd already sent a complaint to a number of agencies and I had forgotten I had even ordered a membership because it had been so long. Inside the envelope I found two copies of everything that was supposed to be part of a membership but no newsletters. I also found a list of ten answers to questions which I didn't even ask her. I don't know if tiffany had me confused with someone else or what she did. I promptly sent the envelope back the next day along with another letter demanding my money back. I never got any response to that letter nor to my previous ones sent. The only letter I ever got from Tiffany stated that I was an asshole for sending back a Christmas card I had every right to refuse.

I've tried to resolve my complaint with her but she always ad an attitude and wasn't interested in resolving anything. She even said she wouldn't refund my money unless she was told she had to. She has also sworn at me and called me names. I've learned what a total hypocrite she was in dealing with her. She's accused me of sending her foul language letters (which isn't true) when she has sworn at me on AOL. During our last conversation, she was VERY belligerent and acted stupid because she was trying to get me mad. She only managed to upset herself because she couldn't talk on a mature level. I explained that she was committing mail fraud by not refunding my money and that she already broke the law because she failed to send the membership within thirty days. Since she did not specify an estimated shipping date for my membership on the order form, she should have sent it within thirty days and she didn't. Her screen name on AOL is "tifanymynx" please feel free to e-mail her if you want to try to get a mature response from her. Also, I hope you do decide to post my complaints on your web site. thanks

Editor's note: I have e-mailed Tiffany Mynx at the above email-address and asked her to respond. I'll post her response. Sophie Here is Tiffany Minx' answer:

the person you are talking about recieved two membership packets and sent them back..after he had opened both...he also has told me that he was under 18 when he joined.........at the bottom of my membership application it has
"above signature certifies that I am 18 years of age or older" he signed it..I don't know how you react to that kind of situation...
here is the story
I told him after tons of lm's , that I would refund his money. If he would stop with the Im's...he said yes.... mind you that the BBB and postal service after reading his complaint and my reply to those complaints never once said I needed to refund his money or that I was at fault....he then tells me throw a Im that he was under age at the time of joining so I told him that I would not refund his money......what do you think
