Elizabeth Hilden, 1997 Penthouse Pet of the Year Interview

Elizabeth Hilden, 1997 Penthouse Pet of the Year,
started out as a fashion model six years ago. It's obvious, by looking at her, why she has been such a smashing success.
She has appeared in Cosmopolitan, People, Us, and on the cover of Spy. She has traveled all over the world, including excursions to Germany, Paris and London. Elizabeth became a feature entertainer in 1995, and graced the pages of the Penthouse centerfold in June of the same year. In January, 1997 she was bestowed with the title Penthouse Pet of the Year.
Even though she has been leading a very exciting and glamorous life, globe trotting, filming videos for Penthouse, doing photo shoots, and making personal appearances, Elizabeth is actually very down to earth. "I eat like a pig, and I don't exercise," she admitted. "I'm sure it will catch up to me at some point."
It was a smooth transition for Elizabeth to go from fashion modeling to Penthouse Pet. "A friend of mine asked me if I would shoot for Penthouse," she said. "I told them I wouldn't do any guy/girl or girl/girl shots, and they agreed." It's a safe bet that she could get just about anybody to agree to anything she asks for.
As for the Penthouse videos, Wild Weekend with the Pets, and Pet of the Year Playoffs, Elizabeth said, "They were a lot of fun. It's basically the same thing you do on a photo shoot, except there is more moving and dancing around." Although she enjoyed making the videos, porno is a different story. "I've been told that to get anywhere in this business I would have to do porno movies, but that's not true. I'm not comfortable with doing adult films."
She describes her reign as Pet of the Year as being a great experience, and a lot of hard work. Her personal appearances included The Jerry Springer Show, and The Howard Stern Show. In addition, she appeared on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson during her fashion model days, in a parody of a Calvin Klein commercial. "Carson was kind of quiet, but very articulate," she recalled.
"Stern was very nice. I was most worried about Robin, because she's a woman, and women can be so cut throat. But she was very nice too, and she made me feel comfortable. He kept asking me to take my clothes off and put my hand down his pants. I wouldn't do it. Robin told me 'You don't have to bend to his pressure."
Who wouldn't be nice to Elizabeth? In fact, Jerry Springer was so smitten with her, after she was on his show, he didn't only invite her out to dinner, but he also offered to fly anywhere to meet her. Of course, she politely declined.
In the future, Elizabeth would like to do more television, perhaps an episode of Silk Stalkings, and some B-movies. She also plans to continue featuring for the next couple of years. Her stage act consists of several sexy routines, such as a hot shower show, an oil show, a body painting show, and a body sundae show. Doesn't that sound scrumptious? Her personal favorite is the shower show.
When asked about her experiences as a feature entertainer, she said, "I've been lucky. Overall, it's been a really good experience. Maybe one out of 100 times something strange or scary will happen, and that one time can blow your mind. There have been times when I'm doing a table dance, and some guys will actually blow on me. That's pretty strange."
"One time this guy asked me if I ever did a nipple print," she continued. "l had no idea what he was talking about. He asked me to color my nipple red with a lipstick, and then press my nipple against a piece of paper, so that he'd have a print of it. I said okay. He pulled a lipstick out of his pocket. I stood there and colored my nipple. I gave him his print, trying to be discreet about the whole thing. When I was done, he took a Polaroid of me! So, he had a picture of me with a red nipple. That was probably the strangest thing that's ever happened to me."
A woman admired by so many, who do you suppose Elizabeth admires? "Goldie Hawn, because she's both beautiful and funny. Because both men and women love her," she said. "Women can be so catty. The best compliment somebody can give me, is that I'm a nice person. One day the looks will be gone, and if I weren't a nice person, what would be left?"
