Dear Sophie,
Did Raven Delacroix ever star in any adult films? If so, I would appreciate some info as to how to obtain them. The same goes for Angelique Pettyjohn. (I know she was in Bodytalk and Tittilation, but were there any others?)
Regards,
Dr. Blazo
Dear Dr Blazo,
I am ashamed to admit, I have no idea about any of the answers that you want from me. I only publish this stuff, but don't enjoy, watch, indulge in it. I am a woman with interest in intimacy, business, intellectual pursuits, a world that works for everyone, but not public sex. I don't hate it, I just don't care at all. The person who may know the answer is Mr. Freeman, the publisher of Batteries Not Included newsletter, advertised on my website. Yours, Sophie
Subj: Re: Raven Delacroix
Dear Sophie,
Never feel as though you have to apologize for not liking porn... there's no reason why you should like it! Though often, if someone doesn't like porn, they feel as if they have to be against it... a mistake you don't make.
That's why I invented my statement that All Sex Is Perverse & we are thus perverts looking for those who share our perversions... much better than saying all sex is normal... Because if something's normal, & you don't like it, then what does that make you? Men have used this logic to fool women into sex for a long long time.
Whereas a woman who understands the reasoning beyond my All Sex Is Perverse need only say, "Porn isn't my perversion" or "Sorry, sleeping with you isn't my perversion"... They don't have to explain or justify it...perversions can't be explained! Let alone justified.
This is all very confused...or sounds that way, when I don't take the time to spell it all out!
But what it is trying to do is to allow everyone to have their own sexuality, without having to justify it to others, or to attack others' sexuality... something that is impossible to do, because of the nature of the English Language & the impossibility of using the word "Normal" or "Natural" in the same sentence as the word "All" ..."All sex is natural"
I've written you about this before, I should think!
So I find that your taste in not wanting to see porn is no more or less perverse than my taste in wanting to see it. Just different!
The problem is that humans have brains that are seemingly hard wired to accept only the slightest amounts of difference... so that Hungarians don't like Austrians who don't like Slavs who don't like Serbs who don't like Croats who don't like Czechs who don't like Poles who don't like... how did that empire ever arise? You should understand this better than most, & you can certainly see it at work in the former Yugoslavia...
Anyway, if I hear from Dr. Blazo, I'll answer his questions as best I can, though I don't know why he'd think you know the answers!
Love,
Dick
PS: If you ever find yourself suddenly starting to hate the dancing biz, then it might be time for you to reconsider doing Mentertainment... it might mean that dancing has stopped being Mentertainment!
Dear Dick,
It all makes sense, and I can see your point in me luckily steering clear of being in the middle of a controversy about my likes and dislikes. I like most the female answer: "sleeping with you is not my perversion". It makes a lot of room for being ok. But what if the guy doesn't think sleeping with anyone, or for that matter, any sex is perversion. How would you speak that wouldn't offend him?
I have been engaging in discovering elements of authenticity. Any way you speak, sex is sex, sex for money is sex for money, sex for another's visual stimulation is that: sex for another's visual stimulation. Not much sex left, as I hear from active participants: hold your head this way, your pelvis that way... one cannot concentrate on too many things bodily at the same time. I can't.
Love you as ever.
Sophie
